The Global Institute of Management and Economics: Admission Requirements

• When can I enroll?

  Enrollment in the program takes place in September.

  However a special enrollment is possible in January to take courses in Chinese language and culture.

• What are the admissions requirements for the program?

  • Semester Abroad Program:
    • complete 1.5 academic years at IIHEM with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Bachelor's Transfer Program:
    • be enrolled in an IIHEM BAC+5 program,
    • successfully complete two years at IIHEM with a minimum GPA of 3.0
    • have an IELTS score of 5.5 or a TOEFL score of 550.
  • Direct Entrance Master's Program:
    • be enrolled in an IIHEM five-year diploma program,
    • successfully complete four years at IIHEM with a minimum GPA of 3.0,
    • have an IELTS score of 5.5 or a TOEFL score of 550.
  • Dual Master's Program:
    • be enrolled in an IIHEM five-year diploma program,
    • complete the BAC+5 program at IIHEM with a minimum GPA of 3.0,
    • provide two letters of recommendation from professors,
    • have an IELTS score of 5.5 or a TOEFL score of 550.

• What documents need to be included in my application?

  • The GIME online application form duly filled out,
  • An official letter issued by IIHEM concerning the student's status,
  • Copy of passport's first page,
  • Copy of passport's one blank page,
  • An official transcript,
  • Two letters of recommendation,(only for Master Program)
  • Official IELTS/TOEFL score.
